ABOUT KD ELITE FOOTBALL
KD Elite Football is a youth development program founded by current professional footballer Kyle Degelman. A Victoria native, Kyle has gained professional experience across Europe and Asia, including in Germany, Austria, Ireland, Gibraltar, Cambodia and India.
The program’s training philosophy is built around the standards required in professional environments. Sessions focus on technical quality, position-specific scenarios, decision-making, and developing the habits and mindset required to progress in the game.
The goal is simple: Help the next generation of players in Victoria develop to the next level.
WHAT MAKES THIS CAMP DIFFERENT
— REAL PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCEKD Elite Football is led by professional footballer Kyle Degelman. Players train under the same standards and methodology at the professional level. Young players will get real insights into what it takes to progress in the game.
— SMALL PLAYER TO COACH RATIOTraining groups are intentionally kept at a maximum 8:1 player-to-coach ratio to ensure every player receives individual attention, feedback, and time on the ball. This creates an environment that enhances player development and replicates development models in Europe.
— INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT REPORTSAfter the camp, every player receives an individual development report outlining strengths, areas for improvement, and recommended focus points moving forward. This ensures that each player’s development continues far beyond the camp.
